June 13, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) (NEX: CSX.H) announces that it has received from the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission a revocation order dated June 10, 2025, to the failure-to-file cease trade order previously issued on January 5, 2024.
The Company also announces that it has filed the following financial statements (with corresponding management discussion and analysis and certifications):
- annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2023,
- interim financial report for the period ended September 30, 2023,
- interim financial report for the period ended December 31, 2023,
- interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2024,
- annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024,
- interim financial report for the period ended September 30, 2024,
- interim financial report for the period ended December 31, 2024, and
- interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2025.
The Company has also filed certain continuous disclosure materials for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023, and 2024 concerning its audit committee, corporate governance and executive compensation.
It is the Company’s intention to hold an annual general meeting of the Company’s shareholders within the next three months.
The Company has made application to the TSX Venture Exchange for reinstatement of trading. A further news release will be disseminated when a date to resume trading has been set.
